Whats the difference between a leep procedure and a d&c? can you get pregnant after?

Pregnancy possible: A LEEP is a procedure where part of the cervix is removed when there are abnormal cells on the cervix that have the potential to develop into cancer. A d and c is a surgery where the cervix is dilated a small amount and instruments are used to remove an early miscarriage or if not pregnant, scrape the walls of the uterus. Yes you can get pregnant are each of these procedures.
