Can i be pregnant after having a leep surgery two weeks ago? would the surgery affect my pregnancy?

Yes: Take a test. If you conceived right before the surgery you could have a negative test then and be pregnant now. If you have a normal cervical length after your surgery your pregnancy shouldn't be affected. But your doctor may want to look at the length on ultrasound in the early/mid 2nd trimester.
