You come first: When there is a medical that can't wait out pregnancy to be safely taken care of, the health and safety of the mother is of primary concern. I believe an adequate procedure to treat the precancerous cells even if you turn out to pregnant. To be discussed with your gynecologist, who may refer you to high risk institution / physician.
