Following D&E 1 month ago I have had consistent coccyx pain and rectal pressure when sitting. Blood work is normal, MRI rectum was normal, transvaginal ultrasound was normal, GI and Gyno discharged and said to try pelvic floor PT. Any other ideas?
For months now I have lower back cramps dull ache seems to radiate to my pelvis a little. I have had two trans vag us, a spinal mri, pelvic exam, been checked for uti. Last year had a pap it was normal. What could this be? So worried I have cancer?

Recently had both pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. Would that show colorectal cancer at all? Been having issues and do have GI appt scheduled but not until July. Was curious if a mass large enough to cause rectal pressure would be visible on u/s?
