Unlikely: cancer is not diagnosted this way. you need to see a gynecologist to perform a pelvic examination first. other tests may be ordered as well.

Following D&E 1 month ago I have had consistent coccyx pain and rectal pressure when sitting. Blood work is normal, MRI rectum was normal, transvaginal ultrasound was normal, GI and Gyno discharged and said to try pelvic floor PT. Any other ideas?
