Vaginal bleeding: "Back ache and fever" could indicate infection, either vaginal or urinary, which your healthcare provider hopefully addressed in your visit. The bleeding after a "pelvic exam" may be from the tip of the womb (cervix) which is easily irritated , especially after this sort of exam. This bleeding will stop, but if it continues ask you provider about cryo-therapy or cautery, which should correct this
