I had d&e 3 weeks ago. a week after surgery i started with tailbone bone pain, worsens to a feeling of rectal fullness when sitting for a bit. xray of coccyx normal. can a sore tailbone cause rectal fullness feeling? gi thinks pelvic floor issues?

With a negative "coccygeal x-ray", it is unlikely for the coccyx to cause the symptoms. "Pelvic floor issues" depend on you prior obstetric history. A colorectal surgeon would be able to confirm the origin of the discomfort.

Yes it may. Try local hot/warm soaks (sitz bath several times a day and otc ibuprofen for a week or so. I think you will be better
