Following d&e 1 month ago i have had consistent coccyx pain and rectal pressure when sitting. blood work is normal, mri rectum was normal, transvaginal ultrasound was normal, gi and gyno discharged and said to try pelvic floor pt. any other ideas?

You describe a thorough workup that has revealed no abnormalities. Perhaps there was a strain or mild secondary trauma from your procedure a month ago. Try to be patient and give it more time as it would not be unusual for recovery from something like that to take two or three months. Pelvic floor PT would probably not be helpful, but neither would it make things worse.
