Question and Trust: You have every right to ask the providers to explain choices, but if you can't trust their expertise - find another provider. Anymore off-label uses abound - but if your Dad's condition is not Alzheimer's, donezepil is not the 1st choice. Other dementias and reason for memory loss exist. Have you seen Lumosity.com?
