Donezepezil + Zoloft (sertraline): I assume that the physician who prescribed the donezepil did not know you were on Zoloft (sertraline)? These drugs could interact leading to an increased effect of donepezil. This may or may not be OK for you. My advice to you is to inform both doctors that you are on both drugs and ask if it's OK or whether you should adjust one of the doses or even change the Zoloft (sertraline) to an alternate antidepressant.
