Donepezil in am: Yes, I would take the Donepezil in the morning, as it is usually recommended, and the Zoloft (sertraline) at night. Donepezil has an activating effect and can make it hard for some people to fall asleep. Zoloft (sertraline) is sedating, and can cause daytime fatigue/tiredness and napping during the day. Good instincts. Try switching them to see if he improves. If not, consider sleep evaluation. Take care!
