This wouldn't be: That abnormal, as 3% of patients taking this medication can have vivid abnormal dreams or hallucinations. If it truly is related to the medication than stopping the medication will usually stop the adverse effect. Otherwise like with any medication, you have to balance the benefits with the risk, which is a discussion best had with your father's doc.
