Is it safe to take zoloft (sertraline) 50mg, donezepil 10mg and melatonin 5mg? getting confused more and more forgetful but dont know if it is the melatonin

Yes: Yes it's safe. If you feel like the melatonin is causing you side effects stop it and see if there is improvement. See your physician for further treatment but also make sure you are getting enough sleep at night.
