hi doctors,my ankles always look swollen.the bone is not visible but i feel no pain at all,is it bcz iam overweight only or something else too?

Yes plus : With more weight the heart and veins have to work harder to transmit the blood back up to the heart as the system is fighting against gravity. If u have varicose veins u are also more likely to have more swelling in legs. Compression socks help. Exercise is key as it helps with weight loss and gets your vascular system working better so the blood flow will improve by allowing u'r muscles to help
