Could be normal: Dental procedures cause pain. The numbing medicine that was used is worn off by now. If your dentist gave you pain medications use them. Give the symptoms time to pass as jaw pain frequently causes head pain. If you get much worse, develop a fever, see your doctor.

Examination: You need to be seen to be evaluated. Most Dentiists have provisions for emergencies when they are not in. Leave voicemail or answering service message. Perhaps OTC analgesics will help (use EXACTLY as directed on the package) until you can see your Dentist. If pain worsens consider checking in with another Dentist or an Endodontist if your Dentist is not available.
