Does anyone have a home remedy that works on oral thrush, caused by the asthma medicine advair?

No...: You need an anti-fungal treatment and there are oral losenges that work well. They require a prescription so see your doctor for treatment. The best way to avoid this in the future is to rinse your mouth and spit it out after every use of the advair.

Rinse after dosing: First and foremost, after using advair, you need to make sure that you are rinsing your mouth out. A few home remedies that can be used are swabbing the oral area with pure, virgin coconut oil (caprylic acid is the active ing), and application of acidophilus to oral areas. These only anecdotally work and i would truly recommend either an oral or topical antifungal prescription.
