No and Yes: No, fizzy drinks will not lead to thrush. Yes, high doses of inhaled corticosteroids such as Flovent inhaler can lead to thrush especially if the person does not rinse and spit after use. Other reasons for recurrent thrush (fungal) is immune suppression.
