Testing is not indicated because you are at risk for local or systemic candidiasis due to the current med combo for ankylosing spondylitis. Antibiotic use definitely increases the risk of thrush and urogenital yeast infection further.

Cirtolizumab (Cimzia) and methotrexate can predispose to yeast infections (thrush). Diabetes also is a common cause of recurrent yeast; you should be tested for it, especially if overweight or otherwise predisposed. Ask doctor about weekly fluconazole to keep ahead of it; or if fluconazole isn't working, you might have a yeast resistant to "azole" drugs; there are other effective treatments.
