Took difucan over a month ago for oral thrush tounge, never had it before on asthma meds years never problem, new med combivent inhaler was added. on 2 nd time difucan dont seem to be helping much can i use spacer with combivent ? any suggestions ?

The new combivent inhaler is more complicated to use compared with the old MDI type. I assume you're not diabetic. If diflucan is not effective, it's worthwhile to try the swish and swallow technique with nystatin or try nystatin lozenges according to instructions. Discuss this with your physician.
