No: this should not be a big problem. Usually, the gums are still sore 3 days after surgery, but you are not likely to do any harm to the surgical sites.

Something came out: If it was the sutures from the extraction sites there is nothing to worry about unless there is food getting packed in under the gum or if there is discomfort. Then you need to see the surgeon immediately
