Not really: The anesthetic used would have worn off long ago. First thing monday morning you need to call the oral surgeon's office, explain the situation, and ask for follow up guidance. This type of post operative "numbness" is usually transient, but you may need some post operative therapy to move the healing process along. All the best....

Parasthesia : Rare but possible complication following the extraction of a lower wisdom tooth. It could be temporary or permanent. Usually is the trauma to mandibular nerve which lies in anatomical proximity to the roots of the wisdom tooth. Call your dentist for re-evaluation and possible course of the steroids. Be well soon.
