Smoking risks: You have two risks. One is delayed healing and the other is cancer and other health problems. If you had a gun with one bullet and 999 empty chambers, would you aim it at your head and pull the trigger? That is your choice. Risk of one cigarette doing damage is small. That doesn't mean it's potentially not present.
