Could be a : Reaction to the anesthesia administered, blood swallowed during the procedure or the medications. Probably no real harm done. Best to consult with the treating doctor for reassurance. Hope this helps.

Call your doctor: It probably due to the residual anesthesia effects or the pain medications. Contact your doctor to call in a medication for nausea and vomiting. Good luck.
