Recently had vag ultrasound. result: multiple nabothian cysts. left ovary almost double in size with 2.9 cm cyst. no sig free fluid. help? cancer?

Pelvic ultrasound: Nabothian cysts are a benign incidental finding, not cancer. If the ovary is enlarged only because of the presence of a cyst, and it is a simple cyst, likely nothing to worry about.
