Im an rn w/history of cervical cancer & only 20% cervix remaining. recently had vag. u/s and showed exophytic cyst on right ovary. is this a concern?

Probably not: If the ultrasound findings are consistent with a simple cyst, it is of no concern unless very large. If the cyst has solid components or other atypical features, it may need further investigation.
