There is no: One size fits all exercise "plan". You have figure out what you enjoy doing exercise/fitness wise first, as you want to make sure you embark on a program that you can work at for five months if not lifelong! And then you have to further figure out what subset of exercises your body responds to and/or tolerates. For example, some do well with bench presses for the chest, others better with cables
