Im healthy but 15lbs above normal. how much % protein and %fat and %carb... is the best meal plan? my source of protein is fish and chicken no skin

Balance: A balanced diet containing about 55 % of calories from carbohydrates, 30 % from fat and 15% from protein is reasonable. Most of the carbs should be complex, most of the fat mono or poly unsaturated, and protein should come from lean sources.

Eat normal food: Eat vegetables, salads, fruits, dairy products, nuts, whole grains, sea food, poultry, olive oil, etc. You do not need to calculate %.
