Focus on calories: I would recommend not focusing on exactly how much protein/fat/carbs to eat if your goal is to lose weight. I would reduce your calorie intake (most with average activity levels need 10 kcal per day for each pound they weigh), by 500 / day if you want a number) exercise regularly, and eat healthily. A healthy diet for most means 3 meals / day, a good variety of foods, and mostly plant-based foods.

Slow: If you decrease your caloric balance (calories in - calories out) you will lose weight. Firming your muscles is achieved through exercise. Skin tightening is not improved with weight loss, it can actually be worsened. Skin tightening is better addressed through surgery or laser treatments. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for more information.
