Goiter: It is important for the pregnancy that your TSH and thyroid hormone levels return to normal. Perhaps you may need supplements. It is important to talk to your doctors, obstetrician and internist.

Hyperthyroid: Hi. You're hyperthyroid by TSH. That can be safely treated during pregnancy if necessary. The nodules have a high likelihood of being a "toxic (hyperthyroid) multi nodular goiter". Wait until you deliver and are done nursing for a few months, and then measure 123-Iodine thyroid uptakes and scan. A "cold" nodule will need biopsy to check for cancer; "hot" nodules don't have that risk. Good luck!
