Dental eval: See your dentist or the surgeon that did your extractions to find out the reason for your swelling. It may be related to the extraction or a totally different condition. An exam is needed to find out what is going on and the best treatment

Infection?: possible infection, so see the surgeon. possible salivary gland involvement or lymphatic involvement. duration depends on cause.
