Sounds like a pilo-: -nidal cyst. If there is some swelling there it may B a fatty deposit where the cyst is, or a quiescent area from previous infection. The fact that has a dimple, is the reason it's a pilonidal cyst. If not hot, sore, red, it is best to leave it alone. A surgeon should B who U C 4 this.
