2-3 years ago i found a pea-sized hard bump deep in skin. in the last 4 months, it has spread to arms, shoulder, back ,ear, and torso. dozens. not hard rock-solid, but not soft in any way. i know they are not cysts or lipomas cus of pics. what is it?

Pea sized: These could be multiple cysts caused by clogging of oil glands(sebaceous glands) of the skin or sebaceous hyperplasia. A dermatologist is best to evaluate and advise you about treatment options.
