2-3 years ago i found a pea-sized hard bump deep in skin. in the last 4 months, it has spread to arms, shoulder, back ,ear, and torso. dozens. not hard rock-solid, but not soft in any way. i know they are not cysts or lipomas cus of pics. what is it?

These could be multiple cysts caused by clogging of oil glands(sebaceous glands) of the skin or sebaceous hyperplasia. A dermatologist is best to evaluate and advise you about treatment options.
