Diet : I would really like the information that led you to believe that she is 20lbs overweight. Rule of thumb: 100lb/5' and 5lb/inch above. 10% below, and 20% above, still healthy. Since she is active; just cutting out sugar beverages, junk food, and cut back on carbs. Putting a deadline on weight loss, is a lot of pressure on a child. 2-3lbs a week is a better goal.
