Weight loss: Prepare proper foods in the form of fruits, vegetables,nuts , legumes and other foods a dietician might suggest to you. Also see to it that your daughter exercises 3-5 times a week

Exercise: While eating healthy is key, lots of fruits and vegetables, limit processed and fast foods, exercise will be the long term solution. Your daughter should find a sport or activity she enjoys doing, running, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball etc... Check with her school, most have teams that she could play on. Her self-esteem is important, encourage her to find what she likes to do. Good luck
