B12 for deficiency..: It is not a weight loss product. Don't need it as a shot unless there is a specific need, i.e. A specific kind of anemia caused by poor absorption. Of the vitamin.. Other injections for "weight loss" might get into breast milk, would avoid (unless you are talking about Insulin to treat diabetes).
