Can your wbc count be up if you're super stressed? and more specifically your neutrophil count? or is that definitely some kind of bacterial infection

Yes this is normal: In the absence of fever or other signs of infections, an elevated WBC and specifically the neutrophil count can go up. This occurs because of a stress hormone epinephrine. Exercise can do this as well. However the WBC count should rapidly return to normal, and there should be no abnormal forms.
