Went to doc and sinus infection was dx. Cbc done and WBC 11.8 gran 8.9 and mchc 36.1 all else normal. Should leukemia be a concern?
Fever, bone pain and body aches. Had a CBC that showed WBC of 16.42 (neutrophils abs 13.74). All other values on CBC within normal ranges. Is this likely an infection or leukemia?
Low WBC (2.5), low neutrophiles (1.0), normal low range for rest of differential. Doc suggests exercise and retake the CBC in 6 months. Thoughts?
