Right side behind jaw and ear burning since a month.it is on and off.it started a neck pain.dentist says it might be tmj. yet to see ent.will it affect my hearing permanently if it is not treated?

TMJ ?: If it is TMJ, i believe it should not effect your hearing. ENT would be the doctor that you need to see next. May be referred to one other specialist to make a diagnosis.
