Get check for: ailments like Lyme disease, Chiari malformation, etc. FMS is a diagnosis of exclusion IMHO. There is usually a cause.

Fibromyalgia: Have a full workup from your general care practitioner to determine if fibromyalgia is the correct diagnosis.
