I have a pulsing feeling close to my tailbone no pain. it feels like a vibration. i had low back surgery a few years ago . this feeling just started a short time ago . i have ra and fibromyalgia. what do you think this is?

Pulsing: If this a pulsation that is synchronous with your pulse, it could be a prominent pulsation of an artery, either the aorta or one of its branches. If this is a prominent and rather steady symptom it's recommended to get checked for the presence of an aneurysm. See your MD for evaluation and advice.
