I usually have normal bp, but when i'm anxious it goes into pretty high bp. is this dangerous if i'm otherwise healthy? i worry often and bp goes up!

CBT treatment is very effective for learning skills to avoid, reduce and manage stress, worry and anxiety. If you learn well, you can avoid the side effects of anti-anxiety medications or reduce the dose needed. Best!
