I've high bp normally it's 89/133, but after a walk or movement i find it about 100/140, only for 5 min, then it go down to 89/133 is that dangerous ?

BP: First; your blood pressure should always have the highest number first so 133/89 goes to 140/100 and then back down, correct? You probably should be on medicine for your blood pressure as it's too high at rest and is worse with exercise. Normally your blood pressure will go up with activity but this is too high and needs treatment.
