I recently had my b12 checked the normal is 271 to 1000. mine is 693. i've been feeling a little anxious & i'm wondering if it's too high and maybe it should be more in the middle? tk u?

A level of 693 is totally normal. I would not worry about it.

Your B-12 level is fine on any scale, and if you have problems, not likely to be secondary to pernicious anemia. Since you appear concerned, discuss your results with your regular doctor just to clarify further.
