Am i at a higher risk of complication of covid19? im a 22yo, pretty obese, had mild allergy-induced asthma as a kid. recent blood work shows high inflammation but no seen cause. esr 65, ige 1900, crp 16, ldh 240. normal pet/ct + cbc. should i worry?

Be careful - don't : worry. You are young and it sounds like you no longer have asthma. You are obesity. So, you don't have significant risk for significant complications. Most people have mild disease. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Social distance.
