If u sober up and eat real healthy after knowing u have high liver enzymes can everything go back to normal?

Maybe.: If the high elevation in liver enzymes was due to alcohol, there is a possibility that things can return to normal. There is also a possibility that it will not. Liver enzyme abnormalities are very likely to recur with any alcohol use. Abstinence must be lifelong.
