If having bad thoughts what are some antipsychotics that are good at treating this? I am on Saphris (asenapine) but it doesn't seem to be working after 2 months.
On 15 mgs of Saphris, (asenapine) do good all day, at night I have bad thoughts, not wanting to act on them but they make me nervous, would 20 mgs be best?
