Hard to tell.: It is not unusual to have good and bad days, even if you are not on medications. I would probably consider other causes of the" bad days" other than Saphris (asenapine), (asenapine) that is why you need to be monitored regularly by your doctor. If it is due to the Saphris (asenapine), (asenapine) the doctor can stop the Saphris (asenapine) and see if you feel the same symptoms , then re-challenge by restoring the Saphris (asenapine) and see if the symptoms recur.
