Started saphris (asenapine) april 1st--first 3 weeks felt great, then ran into trouble, it was increased last thursday, when will the bad thoughts stop?

Saphris (asenapine) dosing: You don't say but usual starting dose is 5mg twice a day. It ca be increased up to 10mg twice a day. You must place tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve. Do not swallow or chew it and DO NOT eat or drink anything for 10 minutes. Also I hope you get the black cherry flavored tablet.
