Eat smart: Exercise. Drink plenty if water. And get enough sleep. Do this and the body will start to respond. Should lose slow and steady. 3-4 pounds month. So by end of summer should be at goal or past it

Persistence: The key is to stay consistent with your eating plan and exercise routine. There are many diet plans, but I recommend DASH diet personally. If you can take off 500 calories a day through proper meal planning and do cardio exercise 50 minutes a day 5 days a week, then you can lose 1 -2 lbs a week. I advise you to consult with a dietician to determine the best meal plan for you.
