Some people are: Stress eaters. They grab empty calories/junk food for a quick lift that eventually makes them crash. These items are usually carbs and sugar. Please lower the intake of them. See your doc to make sure you are in good health. Some people have a thing called metabolic syndrome, weight around the middle and blood sugar starting to rise. Dealing w/this at your age is outstanding. Peace.
