Weight loss: To lose weight you need to be on a combo cardio and low carb program. Do cardio at least 3-4 times a week for 20-30 minutes. Try and cut your carbs out of your diet. That means no breads, sweets, tropical fruits and fatty foods. Also it is best to eat 5 meals a day as your body will metabolize the food more efficiently. Don't eat 2 hours before going to sleep.
